uBookedMe.com provides textbooks by acting as the middle-man between wholesalers world-wide and Users. In the process, uBookedMe.com takes no part in physically receiving, importing, and/or storing these textbooks nor do we send out the textbooks. All transactions are sent out directly from the wholesaler with no direct handling by uBookedMe.com. All references to uBookedMe.com, uBookedMe Marketplace, UBM, and UBM² all belong to uBookedMe.com, L.L.C.
2. Disclaimer
The pictures of the textbooks on uBookedMe.com's web site may not be representative of the actual image of the international edition textbook.
uBookedMe.com may revise any prices at any time without prior notice. Prices submitted when a transaction is processed will reflect the current price at the time the books are purchased.
Information in international edition textbooks may have slight differences in comparison to the United States editions. uBookedMe.com is not liable for any assumptions made by the User in regards to similarities between each textbook.
uBookedMe.com reserves the right to delete any review made that may be deemed as unfair, uncalled for, or inappropriate.

3. Limitations
In no event shall uBookedMe.com or its suppliers be liable for any damages (including, without limitation, damages for loss of data or profit, or due to business interruption,) arising out of the use or inability to use the materials on uBookedMe.com's Internet site, even if uBookedMe.com or a uBookedMe.com authorized representative has been notified orally or in writing of the possibility of such damage. Because some jurisdictions do not allow limitations on implied warranties, or limitations of liability for consequential or incidental damages, these limitations may not apply to you.

Return Policy

We value your business

We will accept any and all returns up to 5 business days after the customer has received the textbook(s). If the books are noticeably damaged in any way, shape, or form, we will not refund your money. This does not mean we must receive the intended return within 5 business days, but it does mean we must receive an email at Returns@uBookedMe.com with the following details to initiate the return:

• Email:
• Order #:
• Textbook title (to be returned):
• Reason for returning

The customer will be responsible for shipping the intended return to uBookedMe.com. The return address will be specified in the confirmation email.

Once the textbook(s) have been received, our uBookedMe staff will review the condition of the textbook and issue the refund via PayPal only if the textbook is deemed in "New Condition." If an intended return is not deemed in "New Condition," the textbook(s) will be shipped back to the original customer. uBookedMe.com is not responsible for any damages to textbooks during re-shipping. All refunds, if any, will be subject to a $10.00 restocking fee, which will be deducted from the refund amount. Refunds will be issued via PayPal to the original email address that placed the order.
